The following showing your name as resident/addressee at apt in question (in rough
decending order of importance):

Tax returns
Utility bills
Bank Statements / Credit Card Statements
Paychecks/stubs
Even magazine subscriptions

Generate as large a weight of paperwork showing you do your personal business
through the apartment.

Affidavits from Neighbors can help.

You need to find out what the LL is going to use (ie private investigators, super/doormen,
any paperwork he can find showing residence somewhere else.), and refute it.

: My landlord is trying to evict me based on the fact I am never home and
: my sister is always there. What proof do I have to show to the court that I
: am a primary resident. The lease is only in my name. Also how does he prove
: I am not, what type of evedence will he have to show if he claims I am living
: elsewhere.
