if i go to any landlord in the village these days looking for an apartment, they will refer me to "their management agency", or realtor. considering the exhorbitant fees that are being charged these days, i have reasons to suspects that the landlords themselves are getting some sort of kickbacks from the realtors. isn't this illegal? aren't cartel's illegal?
