I live above a 24-hour diner and they have recently erected a large, lit sign in front of my two living room windows. Althought the sign does not obstruct my view, it is VERY BRIGHT and dow NOT allow me to open my blinds at night. FYI..The landlord owns the diner. What can I do, if anything?
