Please folks, my request is very specific. I have no interest in being dumped on with all sorts of complaints and gripes about how unfair the system is, etc. I'm looking for verifiable examples of DHCR and/or landlords abusing the system by lying or falsifying documents (like fabricating leases or apartment improvement documentation, etc.) or DHCR accepting for filing documents with a bogus filing date. Get the idea of what I'm looking for? Thank you.
