Sorry I'll try to be more descriptive. The building is a co-op building and my
landlord owned the apt. I rented plus at least one more in the building. He
was also the super of the building and I think worked for the management
company. So... why do I serve the present tenants who live in the apt. that
I once lived in a restraining order? I really just want to gain access to the
landlord's joint bank account or else I will pursue the direction of taking the
money out of his wages on a weekly basis.

Any hints about how I get a turnover?

thanks for your interest.
