It's a little early to archive the board through the end of March, but
there's been an increase in traffic and the board index page was
getting too long, so we did it a bit early.

Posts from January to March 1999 have been moved to the archive section.
You can still read the posts by going to the archive section, but due to
limitations of the system, you cannot reply to the old messages. If you wish
to respond to an old message, just copy it and enter a new post in the
current section. Let us know if there are any difficulties.
