Use an internet search engine for "bankruptcy": those laws are posted on severasl websites, including Cornell. But search also for a booklet: must be several: laws themselves are hard to read, and will not point you to court decisions. Also try the library.

: Even tho you're under a lot of stress (you sound much better today) people expect you to help them to help you: like, do some basic research and politely respond to their suggestions and requests for clarification. Did you do any of the things in the post below? SRO Law Project? Poor Person Status? Guardian Ad Litem?
