I have to apologize for posting that message. I just have been so frustrated with all this landlord crap. My landlord gave me a infration, meaning i got written up because 3 other tenants saw police cars down by my apartment april first. Now none of the tenants could say if it was me or a visitir or even for sure it was my apartment they were at. It was just by my apartment at 230a.m. So in this infraction it said "on going police drug investigation" and thats what i was getting written up for. I confronted him and he strait out told me he "assumed" this is what was going on. So this goes in my file. I even went and got a letter from the police department saying i am not being investigated and now he wants one from the sherriffs dept. What can I do about this? Can I sue him? This could jeopordize my job and my kids. Unreal!!!!!
