I have just received, from DHCR, a "Report of Maximum Rent" which states that,
as of 4/1/99, my MCR is a now an amount which represents a 69.5% increase over
my current MCR. The rent hotline number has been busy so far this morning, so
I have yet to make the proper inquires. Any advise?
