Thanks for the apology....
As for your landlord. Ignore him. He is being a dick about the situation. If you get an eviction notice from court (mailed certified) indicating he is evicting you because of a drug arrest in the home. Just show the Judge the letter from the police station and tell him what the landlord said, that he ASSUMED you were the one the police were looking for and that he wanted proof. As a little advice, start a journal of all the things the landlord said and done as of when this all started. Also to back yourself up (state that he wants to evict you for making good faith complaints and you officially called housing with complaints when he started to harrass you), start an HP Action against your landlord. I can only assume the building you live in is in need of repairs. Call HPD and make some complaints about the building. 1)Fumigation. 2)window guards. 3)electric outlets. Always include common area violations with your complaint like door bells, mail boxes, staircases, etc. If he is going to harrass you do not slack on the repairs. He may cutoff your services and threaten you to move out. Landlord have tactics to remove a person from their apartment. Oh, Don't sign anything.... Never sign anything the landlord gives you without a lawyer. Always take the time to read the papers. Also check if the building is registered with DH&R. Get a copy of Tenants Rights and Renters Rights, they are a good sources of information. Good luck.

: I have to apologize for posting that message. I just have been so frustrated with all this landlord crap. My landlord gave me a infration, meaning i got written up because 3 other tenants saw police cars down by my apartment april first. Now none of the tenants could say if it was me or a visitir or even for sure it was my apartment they were at. It was just by my apartment at 230a.m. So in this infraction it said "on going police drug investigation" and thats what i was getting written up for. I confronted him and he strait out told me he "assumed" this is what was going on. So this goes in my file. I even went and got a letter from the police department saying i am not being investigated and now he wants one from the sherriffs dept. What can I do about this? Can I sue him? This could jeopordize my job and my kids. Unreal!!!!!
