Decide when you want to leave. At that beginning of that month, don't pay the rent. At the end of the month, disappear. You have defacto gotten you're security back. The landlord could, in theory, go after you for the lost rent. But in reality, she will rerent it and get the vacancy increase, so she probably wouldn't be to motivated to drag you into court.
