My landlord claims he served me with a 30-day eviction notice. I found out, through the visitor's log, that the process server went to the wrong apartment! The management company of the building refused to give me a copy of the logbook. My court date is this Wednesday! What should I do? I don't want to move now because I'm buying a home in July and want to move at that time.
