I am looking to move in a month because a roomate is moving out and it would be easier to find a new place.

We have been good tenants and nothing has really gone wrong. Is there an easy way to break my lease? And, will I get my security deposit back?

I would like to do this without having to withhold my last month's rent and subject myself to a legal battle down the road.
