Landlord was cited for numerous housing violations.
When he questioned me if it was me who called the inspectors
I truthfully replied "yes". A week and a half later he
said he was increasing my rent by 12.5%. Isnt this retaliation?

I called because he has promised to fix heating, plumbing, electrical problems for 4 years but only shows up when rent is due.

I think its time to move!
