does anyone know what to do when you're a tenant stuck in the middle of a foreclosure? my friend's home was foreclosed on, because of the landlord's failure to make HIS payments... the property is foreclosed, and has had a auction date already (one week ago)... no one has contacted her to tell her that the landlord lost the property... she found out from the sheriff deputy that brought out the auction notice... she hasn't paid the rent, nor has anyone come 'round requesting any... any suggestions? we live in minnesota.
