Dear Mark,

You asked where I live in repsonse to a question regarding a surcharge. I live in Maywood, New Jersey. I understand that ths Message Board is primarily concerned with New York State/City tenancy. I was hoping that the legal issues or tenants rights regarding this matter were ubiquitous, clear and applicable to tenants anywhere (at least in the U.S.)

Also, I notice that you are very helpful to many people on this Board. Although I can not speak for others, I appreciate it. It is always good to see people helping others.
