Maybe we could get paid for maintaining the site.:) It's hard
enough keeping up (also with our other sites). I assume you
meant a second BB (not third). We did think about dividing up
this BB into subject areas, but that's another major undertaking.
Also, in the past we have offered to some in the tenant bar to
do just that -- be a repository for decisions. No one took us up
on it. Who has the time to do it? We would also love to find
another attorney to supplement Housing Court Decisions with
analysis of current DHCR decisions. Find someone and we'll
consider it.
