I recently moved in to a condo in a 13 story building in South Florida. When we were shown the condo we were never told that it was above the massive AC unit and machine room. Now that it's warming up the noise comming up through the floor is terrible. It's a constant high pitched hum that vibrates through everything, even the bed. They have been working on the AC unit and It's gotten even louder. Is there some kind of law or regulation about disruptive noise levels in apartments. Before I go crazy from this noise and complain to the condo association I would like to find out what my rights are. Any help would be appreciated.
