A friend of mine wants to know what her rights are concerning the landlord's right to show the house. The tenants have recently asked to end their lease and the landlord said no. Now, the landlord wants to sell the house. So the landlord is holding open houses for 5 hours each day of the weekend, and is always showing the home. She even told them they had to take down their decorations. Is this legal. We do live in Utah and I am having a hard time finding any information on renter's rights for this state. Can anyone help?
