Kinsey Corp who manages for Chelsea Village
Lawyers are Fischman and Fischman
Stear clear readers!
I've got a friend in one of their buildings. I've posted a couple of times about it. But I found out from another friend who is married to a building inspector that these people are known to collect high rents, claim lots of improvements and nail tenants when they move in. I don;t live in their buildings but i've visted enough to know what the conditions are like and they aren't nice.
Maybe we should all add to this list of BEWARE. It would be a great service to readers.
