I moved into my first apartment in December of last year. I live on the top floor and I have a vent in the kitchen ceiling that serves as a smoke vent. It leaks every single time it rains! I have made at LEAST 10 calls to the maintenance people, they have been over twice to look at the ceiling and the roof, but nothing has been done. Now they won't even return my calls. I have never been in this situation before, I feel like everyone at that place will just give me the run around. What do I do now?
