The building inspector knows that he's got people
living there and has given him a certain amount of time to get
it finished, or he faces daily fines and/or jail time.
He actually lives in the house (it's a 6 family),
and has unlimited access to the apartment - there's no way he can
claim that he hasn't had access. I'm just so frustrated because
nothing is getting done. I like the apartment, I just want the
thing finished.
