The landlord has even said that he wouldn't charge me because
of the condition of the apartment. I'm giving him till the end
of the week to see how much he gets done, and if he hasn't gotten
a bulk of the work done, I'm going to start making phone calls.
Granted, I'm living rent-free, but I'd rather have the place done
and be paying rent at this point. Thanks for the advice everyone!
