We have been living in an illegal multi-family dwelling in Queens. We are constantly harassed by one neighbor, who I have called the police on several times. We are moving in a few days and the ll owes me a $700.00 deposit. I am afraid he will try to withhold it. I would like to know what is my recourse.

I definitely want to report him for his illegal activities. Let me know what can be done.
