I checked the print edition of the New York Law Journal for Wednesday, June 30th, and found no explanation about the lack of housing court, landlord-tenant, and real property law cases. Scott Mollen's column was published, along with the Real Estate Marketplace column, and an article about lead paint litigation. I found only two housing court decisions, both from the Appellate Term, First Department ( which would not be covered online), about attorneys' fees.

: For as long as I've been reading the NYLJ online, Wednesday has been L&T day: the day with the most decisions (1/2 of them?) concerning landlord/tenant law or real property law. There is not one single L&T or RPL decision online in Wed 6/30/99. Is this just a fluke? Or have they changed days? Or are the L&T decisions still in the Wed paper edition, but not online? Any explanation in the paper edition? Do I need a vacation from this or what?
