Look the LL is being a jerk..........either he wants you out of the apt,
or he wants to raise the rent.

So why not offer him $50 a month more to keep the parking space, I live
in Queens too but i am lucky I live in Sunnyside on a 2 family
residential street and everyone has a driveway or garage, so there is
always a few street parking spaces available .....now if I lived just 3
blocks closer to queens BVD, id be screwed because of the big apartment
buildings there.
