They are trying to evict us because our dog is 15 lbs overweight. We have NEVER
been late on our rent and my wife is pregnant. Furthermore, I read a KY statute
that says if a landlord accepts rent payment with "full" knowledge" of the violation,
the landlord can NEVER evict for that violation. They've known about our dog for
three months!

Help Please--my wife is four months pregnant and very upset!
