Ok lets be realistic, we lived in a 17 unit building with no super
either......but his phone # and address was posted in the hallway, and
he had a beeper and lived 4 blocks away, he also took care of that
building too.......

So whats your problem?

Can't pay the rent and looking for any excuse to try and lower it?

When you can document trash in the hallways dirty conditions, can't get
the super for emergencies....etc..... take pictures of the 30 bags of
garbage in the cellar crawling with maggots....

Then its time for a rent reduction!!!!!!
