The creaking from the tenants who live above me is rediculous. Creaking was caused by leaky roof. Tenants are very insensitive and walk around for a half hour during the am hours. I have to wear ear plugs to sleep every night. I've told apt mgr 3 months ago. They haven't done anything. They say they are waiting for tenant to move out. Can I get out of my 1 year lease if they don't get it fixed?
