On my lease it is written I can enter
the appartement on september 1, 1999, but after I signed it
the landlord told me that I can move in only the 5,
and told my roommate and me that we have to pay the
full first month rent, and then get deduction of the 5 days
on the next month. But nothing was written.
I insisted on having the lease starting on the 5th , and he told me
it was impossible because the lease had to start on the 1rst of the month.
Is that normal ?
