just yet ! What you need to do is contact
the building OWNER and ask him not the
manager becuase managers are a waste of time
to say the least... When you do get ahold
of the owner make sure to say "It will increase
the value of the home in question ,and you
can raise rent when I leave for the next sucka
that comes through !" and I'm almost certian
that you will be building shelves soon enough.
Whatever you do ((DO NOT)) build anything unless
you have writtin permission on your lease or
a note written and sighned by the owner not the
manager!!!! Or you will be very sorry!!!Trust ME..
