I bought an apt.--gave notice three months in advance(as i was
supposed to do ) the person who I bought the apt. from has a post
closing occupancy--he is not moving out until sept. 9--there are
new tenants moving into my rental apt.--my question is--I told my
landlord that i may have to extend my lease-he wants to know when i
am moving out--if i do stay a few days into next month am i
legally entitled to get my security deposit back, or can he keep it
----also,another scenario that i am trying for--i am trying to move
out on the 26 or 27, and stay at a friends house, but the service
elevator is already booked, therefore not allowing me to move out
do i have any recourse with the landlord?
