ps: I'm fairly certain the the earlier case was reported in Housing Court Summaries, but I did not check tonight.

Most tenants, and a lot of lawyers, assumed that RPL 235f restricted us to 'one occupant' & no one seemed to realize that it DID NOT give landlords a new reason to evict us! That's why Stavrolakes went all the way up to the Court Of Appeals...
