Basic questions about repair problems and housing court procedure are all answered in detail in the main pages permanently posted on the TenantNet Website. The people who run TenantNet do a really great job in providing this service. It's too bad that so many people skip over the wonderful reference material that exists there and just post without doing any of their own research.

And, yes, Hawk, I, too, am often frustrated by the difficulty of sharing advice when posters don't indicate the necessary background facts.
