CAN RICHARD SPELL DEDUCTIBLE AND RATE INCREASE?

Richard must have been an insurance salesman in a previous life -- in a time when there were no deductibles and no rate increases.

If you file a claim with your auto insurance carrier (assuming that you have more than liability coverage), you will have to pay the deductible and you will probably see your rates raised or your policy canceled. I doubt that your carrier would bother suing the landlord, when it's so much easier to raise your rates.
