hello
i go to pay my rent and the landlordlord states i have to move because
he wants to sell the house so i have a family and i have bin living
here for over 10 years in this two family house so i am afraid and i call
housing preservation on all the violations on the house 40 total and
department of buildings come and say the stucko around the hole house has to
be removed and and other inside the house problems so the landlord calls
me up and states he would sell me the house as is for $30,000,00 as is
and i pay $400.00 a month till paid off my to problems are the tennats down
stairs wont move and still calling housing preservation to file more complaints
and department of buildings the tickets the landord is geting in the thousands
i am on a low income and where or who would help me fix this house and
how would i get the tennats out down stairs
