Question: I called my landlord today to let her know that I would be a few days late with the rent due to the fact that I am waiting on checks from the last few jobs I did. Her response was to "Get out." I don't really have a problem with this as I think that I have been paying too much anyway. The thing I need to know is how long do I have to vacate the apt? Do I need to get out this weekend or do I have a little time to find a new place? Thanks.
