NOPE aint gotz rich parents but being the cheapskate I am.....
I had plenty of $$$ in my IRA retirement account, which I took out over $8000,
I had a great lawyer but when they hit us with an action in housing court,
it started to get really ugly and i had to pay him to keep him happy.....
And i took the settlement...because it would cost more $$$ to fight it in supreme court
And you can take $$$ our of your IRA and put it back in in 60 days with NO penalites, or
declaring it as income....the IRS has a mistake clause....and the 60 days was fast approaching
So I could have gotten more, but looking back it was the right decision to end this.
after all the whole thing took only 8 1/2 MONTHS

: most of us do not have daddy's deeppockets to pay for a Supreme Court lawsuit against our landlords and get the huge settlements like you...
