I have a 1 year lease, dated July, 1999. on inspection walk through sheet, the landlord wrote a repairs to be done list, driveway repaired, garage door
repaired so it can open, and sidwalk repaired. It states these things will be completed "summer '99" it is now mid october, I have written and requested
the repairs be made. I have heard nothing but have decided to buy a house and move, breaking my lease. My lease has a large buyout fee. Do I have any
recourse since the repairs have not been completed or even started?. I live on the south coast of Oregon. I am new to this state and do not have an attorney, should I find one?
