CAN I CHARGE A ROOMATE RENT_? CO-OP SAYS NO ROOOMATES?

Posted by Pat in NYC CO-OP on October 27, 1999 at 14:49:15:

I am in co-op that has always given me problems for roomates. I found all the legislation making their stance unlawful; however, there is no specific mention of 1) CO-OP's being subject to RPL 2) Ability to charge rent to roomates. Does anyone have any insight. Thanks a Lot!!
