You, as a roommate, can't do anything. The tenant can terminate the license or tenancy of the other roommate, whichever it is, and then proceed to housing court to evict him if he doesn't leave.

: I live in a rent stabilized apartment with 2 other people, one of whom is the lease holder. He and I don't get along with the other roommate, and we have asked him to leave. He has refused and has threatened to call his lawyer. He has lived here over a year now, though there was no sublease or paperwork of any kind drawn up. Does anyone know what I can do?
