Re: Not Hot Water

Posted by meadk on November 08, 1999 at 15:32:35:

I know that 120 F hot water must be available year-round out of any faucet. I'm wondering however if there is a minimum requirement of gallons per unit that the hot water heater must satisfy. (i.e. if there are 4 units in the building and the hot water heater has to have a capacity of at least 40 gallons per unit, than the hot water heater must be at least 160 gallon total capacity)
