Move to a cheaper place.....if this bothers you......

I smell an eviction in your cards next year when you cant afford the rent!!!!!

: I am about to sign a lease for a "luxury" brand-new apt in Hoboken,NJ. The landlord states in the lease agreement that there will be a $75/hr charge to let in
: the phone/cable guy - even if I am home. Is this normal? Is it legal? I have never heard of it before.
