Hello,

I have 9 months left on my lease. I found someone who is willing to sublease my apt. for the next 3 months. I plan on leasing to this person
for 3 months, and in the meantime find a second subtenant for the remainding six months. However, my landlord told me I cannot do that, I
must find a single subtenant for the entire period. Is this "unreasonable refusal"????
