First, tell your neighbors they're noisy and ask them to be more considerate.
If that doesn't work, call the INS and check to see if they have a right to be
here.
If that doesn't work, wait until they go to work and put crazy glue in the lock
on their door.
When that doesn't work, torch their apartment.
They need to be gotten rid of if they don't know how to live in the city.
