For the past few days, my apartment has smelled like a deep fryer. I am fairly certain that it
it is coming from a deli/prepared foods shop that recently opened on the ground floor of my building.
Is their a requirement that they have adequate ventilation? They don't appear to have any.
Who can I complain to? Which city agency is responsible for this sort of thing?
