I am a sublessee who is about to be sued for eviction. Now, the mgmt co. has to bring it's case against the primary tenant and the primary in turn against me, I've learned recently. My question is "Do I still have to pay the primary tenant rent?" or does it go into an escrow account until the case is heard?
