Thanks for the information! Truly! I wish I had done as much homework back when. Can't say that I regret having left my previous abode, life here is calmer (somewhat) and quieter. And the co-op board in my old bldg has ahd more than its share of headaches since. But, again and to the point... Congratulations and Thank you!
