Yes, I do understand that Housing Records are very different from Credit Reports: they're more destructive and truly should be destroyed (along with the fools and idiots who maintain them). I too have been a "Respondent" when necessary. And I've been confronted with some of my "appearances". But, for the most part, a few words with the landlord and an understanding was reached. I only wanted to pass on a little hope where there seemed to be none. Likewise, in this day and age, people can run into numerous troubles which make it difficult to keep up with the rent ("downsizing" run amok, as it has).
Anyway, I do sincerely apoloigize and agree with you whole-heartedly: we don't need to fight ourselves here.
Thank you for your repsonse and the time it took to post it.
