Yes, but I was trying to convey a way to create a new standard, in
which landlord and tenant discuss there issues.For example,
why not have the landlord fill out and appliccation? I doubt, that
would happen. for the standard now is that a tenant has to fill out
a resume, to a company that usually does not have to answer
the same questions to form there own business.Well anyway,
it won't be easy,to create a database, that gives people knowledge, as to
how to understand the living situation they are going into.
I know there will not be much interst in such a database, but, I
would like to provide some sort of information as you define.
